Common questions
What's the difference between a module and a plan tier?+
Modules (EA, SA, SD, BE, Draw) control which products you can access. Plan tier (Free, Pro, Enterprise) controls premium features like SSO and seat/usage limits. The two are independent — you can be on the Free tier with just Canvas, or Enterprise with only the modules you actually use.
Can we self-host Eidon instead of using the cloud?+
Yes — Eidon is designed to run fully air-gapped, with no dependency on us at runtime. Self-hosted deployments use an offline, cryptographically signed license instead of Stripe billing.Talk to sales for enterprise self-hosted pricing.
Do you support GST and Australian billing?+
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe with Stripe Tax enabled, so GST is calculated automatically and reflected on your invoice with your ABN. Annual plans can also be paid via BECS Direct Debit.
What happens when my free trial ends?+
Your workspace automatically drops back to the Free plan (Canvas only) — your data is kept, nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again at any time.
