Architecture Catalog

The core EA catalog — the shared inventory every other module (Solution Architecture, Service Design, Business Engagement, Governance) links back into.

Solution Architecture

Forge (module "sa") governs the design of individual solutions — the layer between strategic capabilities and the applications that implement them — with requirements, options, a weighted decision matrix, and a full audit-ready lifecycle.

Service Design

Loom (module "sd") documents services from the customer's point of view — personas, journeys and blueprints — and connects that experience layer back to the systems (applications, data assets) that actually deliver it. It also carries the operational side of running a service day to day: the Service Catalog's own agreements, support and operating structure, roles, and the Service Transition workflow for landing a specific change into live operation.

Business Engagement

Catalyst (module "be") is the front door between the business and the architecture team — an intake-to-delivery demand pipeline that threads every request through to the artifacts (decisions, designs, blueprints) it eventually produces.

Governance in Eidon is one shared mechanism (Review Requests / Approval Chains) reused by eight different record types, not eight separate approval systems. This section explains the shared shape once; each record type's own section below only covers what's specific to it.

What's New

A short changelog of recently shipped capabilities, newest first. Dates are reconstructed from commit history; entries sharing the earliest recorded date predate this changelog's own per-commit tracking, so they're grouped there rather than individually ordered within that day.

Short definitions for terms that sound alike but mean different things in Eidon, or that show up across several modules with a slightly different meaning each time. If a page or field name is confusing you, check here before assuming it's a typo or a bug.
