People

A registry of people with role, org unit, and interest/influence ratings. Stakeholders link to entities, decisions, principles, solution designs and engagements throughout Eidon — a decision's sign-off history, an engagement's stakeholder plan, and the Business Engagement Power–Interest Grid all draw on this one registry rather than each maintaining its own separate contact list.

Teams and business units, in an optional parent/child hierarchy, that own catalog entities and give Strategy Objectives an organisational home. Deleting an org unit promotes its children to top-level rather than deleting them, so restructuring the hierarchy never silently orphans or destroys a business unit's own record. The Org Chart view (also under People) renders the same hierarchy as a top-down tree diagram — click any box to open that unit's detail page.
